Bellevue Spa Suites
The Esplanade Lakes Entrance
Upgrade and renewal of existing motel and café into spa suites of 4 star qualities. Street height rooms were addressed by opaque screens and garden, which elongated the space in these rooms. Passers by could not see over the screens, but guests could still view the waterway outside.
