This project required an exciting, contemporary and economical design for a 3 level office building with a ground floor restaurant.
Each floor presents an individual character combining tinted glass, horizontal forms and colors which complement the historic courthouse next door.
A minimalist design philosophy and the use of modest finishes in the large open plan offices have given the office spaces a unique flexibility for a wide range of tenancies.
While retaining its individuality, the building sits comfortably in this commercial precinct. Landscaping and trees will soften the building's edges and further enhance the relaxed streetscape.
